New gameStarring your company

Your company, as a game.

Your team practises real sales conversations in a game made from your company. You see who's ready and who needs help. Every lesson and score is saved, like any training platform.

The game's office: desks, a meeting table, the manager's room and colleagues to talk to
Day one at your company. Win your first customer before probation ends.

Right now, new people learn on your real customers.

1

Their first bad pitch is a real lost deal.

Nobody gets good without practice. Today they practise on buyers you paid to find.

2

The training is a deck nobody opens.

They click through it once to get the tick, then forget it by Friday.

3

You find out too late.

You learn who was struggling when the month's numbers come in.

How it works

Learn

Short lessons and quizzes about your product and how you sell it. We write them with you.

Play

Your company becomes a game world. Real roles, real targets, levels and missions.

Practise

Talk to AI customers by chat, email, WhatsApp or phone. They push back like real ones.

Coach

After every try: a score, what worked, and one thing to fix. Managers see all of it.

Choose your world

One platform. A different game for every team.

Each world has its own customers, missions and scores, built around how that team really sells.

For SDR and account executive teams at tech companies

The mission: book your first meeting before probation ends.

Learn the product. Find a good lead. Reach out, handle the pushback, and book the meeting.

Thanks, but we're not looking at anything right now.
Fair enough. Quick one though: how are your ten new SDRs getting ready?
Mostly shadowing. Honestly, it's slow.
That's exactly what we fix. 15 minutes on Tuesday?

For car dealership sales teams

The mission: sell your first car before the month closes.

Learn the range. Greet customers on the showroom floor. Book the test drive, value the trade-in, explain the monthly payment, and close the sale.

WhatsApp · Carolina, website lead
Hi, I saw the hybrid SUV online. What's your best price?
Hi Carolina! I'll get you a great price. Quick question first: is it mostly for the city or for long trips?
City. School runs, mostly.
That's where the hybrid saves the most. Want to try it on your school route on Saturday at 10?

Don't see your team? We'll build its world.

Retail floors, insurance, real estate, customer success, support. If your people talk to customers, we can turn their job into a game.

Send us your playbook, your products and the three customers your team meets most. We do the rest.

Tell us about your team
  1. 1You send your materials.
  2. 2We build the lessons, customers and missions.
  3. 3We test every scenario before your team plays.
  4. 4Your team plays. You watch the scores.

Tough, but fair. Our AI customers ignore spam and push back on price, like real ones. But any good approach can win, and we test every scenario before your team plays it.

How the game runs

Start with probation. Keep playing all year.

The game doesn't end after onboarding. There's always something to practise and something to win.

  1. Onboarding

    Probation

New hires play their first month. They pass by winning their first customer.

  2. Always open

    Training Grounds

Practise any moment of the sale, any time: a cold call, a WhatsApp, a price objection. Private, and no lives lost.

  3. Depends on your plan

    Weekly or monthly challenges

A new challenge arrives every week or every month. New customers, new twists, new reasons to log in.

  4. Set by you

    Team challenges

Pick a skill and launch a challenge for the whole team. Everyone plays. The leaderboard decides.

Know who needs help, and with what.

Every try gets a score in three parts: what they know, how they think, and how they handle pressure. The weakest part is shown first, with one tip to fix it. Your 1:1s write themselves.

Connects to your sales tools

Does the training work? Now you'll see it in your numbers.

Connect your CRM or dealer system. We put each person's practice next to their real results: meetings booked, test drives, cars sold. You see who's improving, and where training isn't turning into sales yet.

A full LMS underneath

Fun on the outside. Every record on the inside.

Every lesson, quiz, practice and score is saved with who, what and when. So when HR, an auditor or a brand asks "who completed the training?", you have the answer in one click.

  • Full history for every person
  • Required courses, deadlines and certificates
  • Reports you can export for audits
  • Data stored in the EU
  • Free practice stays private. Required training is visible to managers.

Questions we hear a lot

"I've spent years designing sales training and building AI roleplays. Company Simulator is the tool I always wanted: one people open because they want to."

Juanma CalistoFounder, Barcelona
Is this a game or a training platform?

Both. It's a full LMS with records of every course and score. The game is just how people move through it.

Will my senior people find it childish?

The game is light: pixel art and short dialogue. Reports look like normal business reports.

Can I prove who did the required training?

Yes. Every completion is saved with the person, the date and the result, and you can export it.

Do I have to write the content?

No. We build it from your materials. You review it and say yes.

What languages?

English and Spanish, including Spanish for Latin America.

How long until my team can play?

About two weeks for a pilot, once we have your materials.

Want to see your team's world?

20 minutes. We show you a world that's already built, then sketch yours together.
